Data Ownership
Customers retain full ownership of their data. AdiaHR processes data only to deliver agreed services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
AdiaHR offers a free trial. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Customers act as Data Controllers while AdiaHR acts as a Data Processor.
Data is processed strictly to deliver HR, payroll, attendance, and compliance services.
AdiaHR complies with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
